1.        “Standard Cover Plus” – 3 year support

• 3 years on?site, next day fix, Monday – Friday, 0900?1700.

• PC system and screen only

Price = €145 per system per year for years 2 & 3 only (€290 total per system)

1.        “Extended Cover” – 3 year support

• 3 years on?site, next?day fix, Monday – Saturday 0800?2000, Sunday 1000?1600

• PC system & peripherals

Price = €244 per system, per year (€732 total per system)

3. “Extended Cover Plus” – 3 year support

• 3 years on?site, 8 hour ‘call to fix’, Monday – Saturday 0800?2000, Sunday 1000?1600

• PC system & peripherals

Price = €280 per system, per year (€840 total per system)

 Installation Service (only available if Extended Cover/Extended Cover Plus is purchased):

1st system & peripherals installed, tested, (provided software has been pre? loaded and basic

set?up configuration script is supplied by customer).   Price = € 245.

• This does not include cabling, or product delivery cost.

• Subsequent systems & peripherals on same site location, installed, tested.  Price = €50 per system
