When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than perishable or customised) up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).   Software must be in their sealed packaging. The product must not have been used or installed or software registered or had any data inputted.

In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item unopened and in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item, or to exchange it. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).

If a product is defective in any way, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

Once a product has been returned, as per the terms and conditions outlined in the “Returns Policy” , we will give you a full refund for the cost of the product.  A refund of the delivery charge will only be made in the case of the return of a defective good that is not being replaced.  Refunds will take 3-5 working days to be credited to your card.
